Rules :: 2012 Season
UNIFORM ISSUE will begin January 4, 2012 @ Ross Field clubhouse. Please note these dates/times:
Wednesday, Jan 4, 6:00 – 7:30pm
Thursday, Jan 5, 6:00 – 7:30pm
Tuesday, Jan 10, 6:00 – 7:30pm
Thursday, Jan 12, 5:00 – 6:30pm
Saturday, Jan 14, 10:00am – 12:00 noon
Monday, Jan 16, 5:00 – 6:30pm
A deposit is required to check out a jersey. Deposit amount is $40.00 per jersey. Check, cash, or money order –payable to SPWAA. No deposit, no jersey. No exceptions. Jerseys are due back at the end of the season and players will receive an SPWAA t-shirt. Players are NOT allowed to keep their jersey. Players must provide their own shorts.

Levels AA – D :: $120.00* per player
Levels E - EE :: $105.00* per player
*Registration fees are subject to change and will be updated and/or posted prior to registration opening.
Online registration for the 2012 Basketball season is still OPEN for some levels.
ONLINE REGISTRATION will begin October 17, 2011 –save time and $$ by registering online at NO ADDITIONAL COST from the convenience of your own home. Registration closes November 30, 2011 –or when rosters fill. A late fee of $15.00 will be added to all registrations after November 12, 2011.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION is NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
Refund Policy: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
· 50% refund BEFORE the first practice
· After first practice, there is NO REFUND for non-injury*
· Late registration fees are non-refundable; minimum $15 refund fee
· Refund requests must be made in writing, via email, to registrar@spwaa.org
*More details available / doctor’s note required / contact the Registrar
**All equipment, gear, uniforms, etc must be returned to SPWAA before refund is issued.
PROOF OF AGE REQUIREMENT: Every new SPWAA player is required to provide proof of age (i.e. copy of official birth certificate, passport, or state-issued I.D.) at time of registration. Players that do not submit proof of age will not be allowed to participate in games. Boundary requirements are in affect for this S.P.W.A.A. sport. Check the BOUNDARY MAP (below; bottom of page).

UNIFORMS (jerseys only) ARE PROVIDED. A $40.00 uniform deposit (check or cash) will be due at time of uniform issue. Dates for jersey issue will be announced in December.) Every player will be required to turn in his/her jersey at the end of his/her season and will receive an SPWAA Basketball t-shirt.

AGE LEVEL INFORMATION: (player’s age on September 1 for E & EE levels; August 1, 2011 for D – AA levels) according to Kitsap County Pee Wees Assoc rules and regulations.

Please check our boundary map to see if your player is eligible to play in Silverdale. Boundary requirements are in affect for this S.P.W.A.A. sport. Check the BOUNDARY MAP below. If you do not live within our boundaries, your player is NOT eligible to play for SPWAA basketball [or football].
