ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN May 18, 2012 FOR THE 2012 FOOTBALL SEASON!

REGISTRATION FEE(S) :: 2012 Season
:: Flag Football :: $75.00 per player
:: Tackle Football (Levels A – D) :: $155.00 per player

(Prices are subject to change/update before registration begins May 18, 2012.)

Refund Policy:
· 50% refund before the first practice (July 30, 2012)
· After first practice, there is no refund for non-injury*  injury refunds pro-rated after practices begin
· Late registration fees are non-refundable; minimum $15 refund fee
· Refund requests must be made in writing to registrar@spwaa.org *more details available / doctor’s note required

  • AGE VERIFICATION REQUIRED: Every player is required to provide proof of age (i.e. copy of official birth certificate, passport, or state-issued I.D.) at time of registration. Your registration is NOT complete without proof of age. (New players using online registration will fax or email proof of age to Registrar at time of registration.) Returning players (from previous year) will not need to submit new proof of age document.
  • FULL PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION is required at the time of registration. Registrations will not be accepted without payment. Payment may be made credit card, debit card, or e-check via PayPal through our convenient online system. (*NSF check fees will apply on all returned checks.)
  • BOUNDARY REQUIREMENTS ARE IN AFFECT FOR THIS S.P.W.A.A. SPORT –please see the map posted at registration. OR click on this map to view. You MUST reside within our boundary to play with Silverdale.
  • Online registration and payment will be available May 15 through August 31* –or until divisions fill. ONLY online registration will be accepted.
  • ALL registrations made after 6:00 pm PST June 23, 2012 will incurr a $15.00 late registration fee.

*Registration will close on August 31, 2012 OR when each level has reached its maximum number of playersPlease do not register your player for a level his/she is not eligible for. THERE ARE NO PLAY-UPS FOR THIS S.P.W.A.A. SPORT.

AGE / LEVEL INFORMATION: (age as of August 1, 2011)
5 – 6 years old :: FLAG
7 – 8 years old :: D Level
9 – 10 years old :: C Level
11 – 12 years old :: B Level
Exception:: Flag players date-of-birth cut-off is September 1, 2011. This change affective July 2011 by KPAPWA vote.

TEAM PHOTOS :: Monday, September 12, 2011 (beginning at 5:30 pm)
 
GEAR DEPOSIT: a gear deposit is required (cash, check or money order only) for every player.
$150.00 for A, B, C, D levels
$40.00 for Flag
No deposit / no gear / no exceptions

GEAR ISSUE: Saturday, July 23 (11:00 am-3:00 pm) & Wednesday, July 27 (5:30-7:30pm) at Ross Field Clubhouse.

Conditioning Week begins Monday, August 1, 2011, 5:00-7:00 pm

Team practices begin Monday, August 8, 2011, Mon – Fri, 5:00 – 7:00 pm

NOTE FOR FLAG PLAYERS….Practice for flag football players begins the week of August 8, 2011. Your coach will be contacting you before this week to let you know (A) what (2) days of the week your team will practice, (B) what time your practice(s) will be, and (C) on which field to meet. Your FLAG player will require: Rubber cleats and a mouth guard (without the helmet strap)*FLAG football players do NOT participate in Conditioning Week*

NOTES FOR ALL LEVELS….Players should wear shorts, a t-shirt, and cleats to practice. As it becomes colder, please dress your player for the weather and/or according to coach’s direction.   
  • Players must bring a water bottle to every practice. It is very important to keep players hydrated –even when it gets cold! Please mark the bottle with his initials or number.
  • All levels, D – A, must wear a protective cup to every practice.
  • All levels, D – A, must wear rubber cleats and a mouth guard with a helmet strap to every practice.
  • Registration must be completed before participating in any activities, practices, games, or gear issue.
